Went for breakfast. Okay place to eat, service and food was good, serving sizes were enough for me.
The food was homemade and delicious. The soups we had; cream of broccoli, chicken & dumpling, and chili were all homemade and delicious. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty. The restaurant could use a changing table in the bathroom for infants, but other than that, there was nothing lacking. The restaurant serves a very good and tasty variety of food that is well pleasing and plentiful. No credit cards accepted.
Excellent fish and chips! The food was very good and everything is homemade. The entire meal was very good, battered cod was great along with the homemade cole slaw, tartar sauce, and homemade cream of potato soup. Reasonably priced and the service was very good as well.
Amazing delicious home cooked food for extremely reasonable prices. The wheat bread for the sandwiches was homemade. The beef vegetable soup was completely homemade. The apple pie was home made (even the crust) and absolutely amazing. Everybody was extremely polite and friendly. I would eat your three meals a day every day if I lived here. You can't beat the quality of the food for the prices they charge.
The food was sub par. The portions were less then what you would receive at a fast food establishment. Not being from the area we were served as outcasts. The cleanliness was the only good part of our experience.
